The Pines

One of the best meals I have had in a while. A super hipstery joint next to a bike shop and a bunch of warehouses, with oh-so-serious waiters in plaid shirts and trucker caps saying stuff like "a deconstructed s'more, if you will". If you can get past the snootiness, every single dish we had was amazing. The menu changes daily, but foie gras, beef tartare, carrots and pork jowl are a must. Portions are smallish, so I recommend getting a bunch of stuff and sharing. Get the breads with melted lard. Yep, lard. Not cheap, but worth it.
